Alongside journaling, I embraced exercise, weight loss, healthier eating, meditation, wardrobe updates, hairstyling, and makeup. These changes helped me regain my confidence and happiness. When people ask about my vibrant lifestyle, my appearance, or my well-behaved children, I attribute it all to Jehovah, who provides the strength and tools to start each day with purpose and energy.
